By accessing and using Grimsy (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for restricting access to your device.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") you post on Grimsy. However, by posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on the Service.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

5. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of movie data (release dates, cast, posters), which is provided by the TMDB API.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
